Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay

in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the continental United States (48 contiguous U.S states)

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Taxes

Are applied at checkout 

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@hitthem-all.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Refund Policy

30 Days Return and Refund Policy

1)30 Days Return to Refund

  •  Customers can apply for a refund within 30 days with receipt.

  • Please include all accessories excluding mini balls.

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by FLE-INNOVATIONS. A return label will be emailed to you.

  • Products damaged by customers will not be refunded.

  • Refund will be processed after we received your returned items.

  • If the item is damaged when you received it, after you provide the relevant documents, you can choose to receive a refund, or replacement.

 

1.1) Mini Balls Return Policy

  •  Mini Balls are Non-Refundable.

2 year Warranty

  • If a product doesn’t work, you can send it back to us for a replacement. With our 2 year warranty (with receipt) from the date of purchase. As the seller, we will pay the shipping fees for returning the original item back to us, and we will pay the shipping fees to return the item to You. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(S), it will not be eligible for free repair.

Note:

  • 1.Please tell us your order number and receipt date, explain the issue with your item details, including the cause and date of the issue. 

  • 2.Please send us clear pictures or video of the defects (under 10MB) in good lighting of both the product and outer packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling order before dispatch is free of charge. If the package had been sent out, the order can’t be canceled. It would be better if you can inform us to cancel order as soon as possible.
